Action plan to achieve 100% with zero C+

According to the result analysis of common unit test we decided to plan the following programme

Plan a programme to enrich research ability, News paper connecting Language activities, in connection with Language

• 56-82 students could not internalise the problem given in evaluation tool.

• Basic operation skill and detailing of problem to be developed in30% of students
• Develop material which helps to enrich estimation & prediction, Problem solving. Data handling ability of the pupil.

 

• Stress to strengthen SRG by specific data analysis through mentioning the issues and name of student

• Most of the parents are not supporting their children in completing their home assignments.

• Give more stress to PTA meeting and their participation in school activities.

• Stress may be given to change the attitude of pupil as well as parents.

• Time punctuality of both students and parents are to be ensured.

• Give stress to targeted group education and IED education.

These points are discussed in this session. Based on this discussion the action plan is prepared and

presented before the parents.

Action plan to improve the Quality of SSLC students:2014-15

100% participation of students from:9:00 to 5:00 With Zero C+ and 25% full A+

• Quality Improvement Programme from: 9:00 to 10:00 and 4:00 to 5:00
• from January 2015 from: 9:00 to 10:00 and 4:00 to 7:00
• Regular CPTA to analyse assessment report of students.
• Local committee formation Last year 6 this year 9
• Counselling and motivation classes for parents and students for every month
• Grouping of student according to their achievement
• Adapting of students to the teachers:It helped to keep in close contact with the students, we could ensure the study time of students through telephone.It also helped to monitor the day to day work and weak area of students in learning.
• Targeted group identification, Slow learner and A+ students based on UT and to develop separate materials for specific group.
• CWSN Special adaptation classes
• Series of pre model exams based on units 
• Developing of special material for targeted group (December)
