  • ജനുവരി 5 മുതല്‍ പത്താം തരത്തിലെ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് പ്രത്യേക പരിശീലനം നല്‍കും.
  • മോഡല്‍ പരീക്ഷ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതുവരെ പരിപാടി നീണ്ടുനില്‍ക്കും.
  • വൈകുന്നേരം 5മണിമുതല്‍ 7 മണിവരെ സ്ക്കൂളില്‍ വെച്ചാണ് പരിശീലനം.
  • ടൈംടേബിള്‍ അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും അധ്യാപകര്‍ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കുക.
  • ഒരു പ്രദേശത്തെ പത്താംക്ലാസില്‍ പഠിക്കുന്ന മുഴുവന്‍ കുട്ടികളുടെയും രക്ഷിതാക്കള്‍ അംഗങ്ങളായുള്ള കമ്മിറ്റിയാണ് അതത് പ്രദേശത്തെ പ്രാദേശിക കമ്മിറ്റി.

    പൊതുപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍,വിദ്യാഭ്യാസപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍,സാമൂഹ്യസാംസ്കാരിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍, അധ്യാപകര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവരും ഈ കമ്മിറ്റിയിലെ അംഗങ്ങളാണ്.
  • ഓരോ കമ്മിറ്റിക്കും ഒരു പ്രസിഡണ്ട്,രണ്ട് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡണ്ടുമാര്‍,ഒരു കണ്‍വീനര്‍, രണ്ടു ജോയിന്റ് കണ്‍വീനര്‍മാര്‍,ഒരു ട്രഷറര്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
  • ഈ പരിപാടിക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കേണ്ടത് പ്രാദേശിക സമിതികളാണ്.
  • തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രദേശത്തെ കുട്ടികളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് കമ്മിറ്റി സൂക്ഷിക്കണം.
  • പ്രാദേശികസമിതിയുടെ പരിധിയില്‍ വരുന്ന മുഴുവന്‍ കുട്ടികളും ക്ലാസ്സില്‍ കൃത്യമായി ഹാജരാകുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടത് അതത് സമിതികളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണ്.
  • കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കുള്ള ലഘുഭക്ഷണം പ്രാദേശികസമിതികള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിനല്‍കണം.അതിനു
    ള്ള ഫണ്ട് രക്ഷിതാക്കള്‍ പ്രാദേശികസമിതികളുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ കണ്ടെത്തണം.
  • ലഘുഭക്ഷണം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിന് രക്ഷിതാക്കളുടെ ടീം രൂപീകരിക്കണം.
  • ഓരോ ദിവസവും ലഘുഭക്ഷണം തയ്യാറാക്കാനുള്ള ചുമതലകള്‍ വിഭജിച്ചുനല്‍കും.
  • അവര്‍ 3 മണിക്കുതന്നെ സ്ക്കൂളിലെത്തി ലഘുഭക്ഷണം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരുക്കങ്ങള്‍ നടത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.എന്തു ഭക്ഷണമാണ് നല്‍കേണ്ടതെന്ന് അവരവര്‍ക്ക് തീരുമാനിക്കാം
  • രാത്രി 7മണിക്ക് കുട്ടികളെ (പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് പെണ്‍കുട്ടികളെ )കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകാന്‍ രക്ഷിതാക്കള്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമായും സ്ക്കൂളിലെത്തണം.

Sri: Krishnan,Staff secretary delivered welome speech and said that, Blog is a 24/7 classroom Creating meaningful interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Keeping open lines of communication with parents, informing them about homework assignments, updating them on classroom activities.
Blog helps the students and teacher to discuss their interests, express their opinions,and share their ideas. Inviting students to participate in and contribute their creative work.
Blog is an online digital portfolio of students in teaching learning experiences which include the teacher’s thoughts and reflection. Documenting your teaching learning evidence for your digital portfolio.

Inaugural function was presided by the Headmaster,Sri:Jayaprakash, on his speech he said
I'm sure I won't get gifts sent to me or any medals of honour, but what I have got from three month is much more valuable. The most important part of blogging are the relationships I have created with people I had never met before.
Blogging can be an awesome experience if it is done correctly. Don't try to write numerous posts in one day and then run out of steam and don't write again for another week or so. It also means that you find valuable topics to write about, which is one of the most difficult parts of blogging. He remainded the students,teachers and parents that,Blog is a powerful sharing media, Blogs give you a voice, and that voice is easily published across the really Wide Web in one click. Blogging for teachers is to build collaborative relationships through sharing teaching experiences, , ideas,with colleagues.
Benefits of Blogging for Teachers
  1. Teachers and students can use the blogging platform in many different ways to help improve organization so that assignments and other work is all easily found in one place. It is also a great way to improve communication and interaction with students both within the classroom and outside of it.
  2. Providing students with a simple way to get in touch with the teacher or professor is extremely important and yes, e-mails are start to become a bit “oldschool”. Perhaps more importantly, the blogging platform will allow students to interact with each other, asking questions or providing advice. This can save the teachers a lot of work, since the students will become more self-sufficient. Of course, this is also a benefit to the students who are learning to work independently from the teachers, seeking guidance from their peers.
  3. Teachers who have used blogging as a tool in the classroom have found that it helps to empower students to become successful. They aren’t just looking at each individual assignment as a standalone piece of work, but they can easily see how each item builds on the next. They can see how their learning something in the first week of class, for example, is setting the stage for what they will learn the following weeks.
  4. In English, writing, literature, and creative classes, students can go back and look at their progression throughout the year. Students, parents and even teachers are often impressed at just how much progress they have made over the course of the year. Whether it is the writing style that they see improving, or the way they are formatting their blog, or even how they are incorporating advanced technologies into their blog page. When teachers use blogs in the classroom, they can provide many opportunities for success in their students, which is very beneficial to everyone involved.

    • Powerful tools to enable scaffolding learning or mentoring to occur.

  5. Classroom Management
    Class blogs can serve as a portal to foster a community of learners. As they are easy to create and update efficiently, they can be used to inform students of class requirements, post handouts, notices, and homework assignments, or act as a question and answer board.
    2. CollaborationBlogs provide a space where teachers and students can work to further develop writing or other skills with the advantage of an instant audience. Teachers can offer instructional tips, and students can practice and benefit from peer review. They also make online mentoring possible. For example, a class of older students can help a class of younger students develop more confidence in their writing skills. Students can also participate in cooperative learning activities that require them to relay research findings, ideas, or suggestions.

    3. Discussions
    A class blog opens the opportunity for students to discuss topics outside of the classroom. With a blog, every person has an equal opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions. Students have time to be reactive to one another and reflective. Teachers can also bring together a group of knowledgeable individuals for a given unit of study for students to network and conference with on a blog.

    4. Student Portfolios
    Blogs present, organize, and protect student work as digital portfolios. As older entries are archived, developing skills and progress may be analyzed more conveniently. Additionally, as students realize their efforts will be published, they are typically more motivated to produce better writing. Teachers and peers may conference with a student individually on a developing work, and expert or peer mentoring advice can be easily kept for future reference.

This session helps us to data based  information to the parents more than tha helps the parents to self assess the duties of a parent in supporting their children.This session was led by Anitha H S A social science of our school.
Session 3-result analysis and major achievements
We collected all required materials from web sites and presented before the parents.We also presented the programme we have conducted during the year:2013-14 to improve the S S L C result with leadership of Sri:Premarajan, former Headmaster.
Major achievements of Last accademic year:
100% students eligible for higher education in tenth standard.with 5x10 A+

• Active participation in curricular activities like Science,Maths, Social science fair­our children participated in state level fairs

• I place in space week celebration in Kasaragod District.

• I place in Sub district Science fair.

• II place in Sub District Maths fair

• Ajith of VII Std got VIth place in State level work experience fair.

• Nishitha of X Std Got A grade in State level talent search sponsored by state science association.

• Shreyas and Subith of X std participated in State level Science fair and got B grade

• Develop material which helps to the pupil to apply all concept targeted in SSLC Exam.
• Give more stress to strengthen SRG by specific data analysis by mentioning the issues and name of student
• Most of the parents are not supporting their children in completing their home assignments.
• Give more stress to PTA meeting and their participation in school activities.
• Stress may be given to change the attitude of pupil as well as parents.
• Time punctuality of both students and parents are to be ensured.
• Give stress to targeted group education and IED education.
Theses points are discussed in this session. Based on this discussion the action plan is prepared and presented before the parents
